Refund Policy
At Babee Kids, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Babee Kids website.
International Fulfillment
Babee Kids operates through both domestic and international distribution partners. Depending on product availability and delivery location, orders may be fulfilled from either a local or international distribution center.
Due to fulfillment and logistics limitations associated with certain international shipments, physical returns may not always be available. In such cases, Babee Kids may offer alternative resolutions, including a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or donation verification process.
Babee Kids reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution on a case by case basis.
Size Exchange
If an incorrect size was selected when placing the order, customers may request a replacement item.
For orders fulfilled from certain international distribution centers, a reshipping fee of $39 may apply. Once the reshipping fee is paid, a replacement item will be shipped.
The original item may not need to be returned when physical return is not available due to fulfillment limitations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Our support team may request photos, videos, measurements, packaging images, shipping label images, or additional information to verify the issue before determining the appropriate resolution.
For children’s products, swim items, apparel, towels, accessories, and personal use items, Babee Kids may also review hygiene, safety, and product condition before approving any refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Donation Verification Process
In situations where a physical return is not feasible, Babee Kids may request donation verification as part of the resolution process.
Customers may be asked to donate the received item to an appropriate charity, nonprofit organization, shelter, donation center, church, community organization, or other recognized donation facility.
To complete the verification process, customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the donated item at the donation location.
If a receipt or written confirmation is provided by the organization, a copy may also be requested.
Donations made to friends, relatives, neighbors, coworkers, acquaintances, or private individuals will not be accepted as valid donation verification.
Babee Kids reserves the right to reject any verification that is incomplete, unclear, altered, fraudulent, misleading, or insufficient to confirm the donation.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Any refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit request will only be reviewed after all requested verification materials have been received and approved.
Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be denied in cases including, but not limited to:
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Refusal of delivery by the recipient
• Products showing signs of use, washing, misuse, odors, stains, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping
• Products damaged due to improper care, lack of adult supervision, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions
• Failure to provide requested verification materials
• Fraudulent, altered, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable documentation
• Donation verification made to a private individual instead of a recognized donation facility
• Failure to comply with the resolution process requested by our support team
• Final sale items, when clearly marked as final sale
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order enters processing or shipment preparation, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
